Dear Colleagues,

Attached, please find a memo outlining the election procedures and schedule for a special election that will be held for one University Caucus seat on the WRC Board of Directors. This election is for the remainder of the term, through June 30, 2017, for the seat that has been vacated due to the retirement of Marybeth Schmutz from Rutgers University, and her consequent resignation from the WRC Board. Nominations will open on Friday, January 20, and can be made until Friday, February 3, after which voting will be held.
