Dear Colleagues,

Attached, please find a memo outlining the election procedures and schedule for a special election that will be held for one University Caucus seat on the WRC Board of Directors. This election is for the remainder of the term, through June 30, 2012, for the seat that has been vacated due to the loss of our dear friend and colleague, LaMarr Billups. Nominations will open on Wednesday, March 7, and can be made until Wednesday, March 21, after which voting will be held.
