Results of WRC Board Election

Dear Colleagues,

This year’s election for University Caucus seats on the WRC Board of Directors is now concluded. There was one nominee for each of the seats up for election and, by rule, the nominees are therefore elected by acclamation.

The A Category Seat will be held by Alixe Holcomb, Director of Trademarks and Licensing at the University of Arizona, who was re-elected to the seat.

The open B/C Category Seat will be held by Geoffrey Chatas, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Georgetown University. Before his return to his alma mater, Georgetown, earlier this year, Geoff served for many years as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Ohio State University.

Both Alixe and Geoff have extensive experience in labor rights. We look forward to working with them over the next two years.
